MiraBay Neighborhoods – Fisherman’s Cove and Marsh Isle
Waterfront living, exclusive Old Florida home designs and resort-style amenities are the reason MiraBay is the new preferred premier community on the eastern shore of Tampa Bay. While traveling the main boulevard, residents enjoy a sweeping view of MiraBay’s 135-acre manmade lagoon. MiraBay’s boat lift on the lagoon’s shoreline allows residents to move vessels from the lagoon to the community’s 3.5 miles of salt-water canals… and then directly to Tampa Bay.
